Is Click & Collect free?
Yes, no shipping fee at checkout when you choose Click & Collect.
Can I choose which location to collect from?
Yes, pick Sheffield or Buckinghamshire in your cart before checkout. The choice carries through to Shopify checkout automatically.
How will I know my order is ready?
You'll receive an email from Shopify the moment we've packed your order. Usually ready in 24 hours.
Can someone else collect for me?
Yes, as long as they're over 18, have valid photo ID, and bring your order confirmation.
How long will you hold my order?
We'll hold collection orders for 14 days from your ready notification. After that, please get in touch before visiting.
What if I change my mind?
Email hello@lafemmeestmagique.com with your order number and we'll arrange a refund or swap to delivery.
